Grievance Mechanism and Feedback

At Anara Capital, we are committed to transparency and accountability. We welcome feedback and take concerns seriously. Our Grievance and Feedback mechanism allows anyone to raise a complaint, report misconduct, or share concerns related to our activities, services, or staff/partners.

Submission: Submit a concern via our online form or email [email protected]. You may remain anonymous if you choose.

We will acknowledge receipt within 10 business days, assess the issue, and aim to provide a response within 20 business days. If an investigation is required, we may need more time and will keep you updated.

Confidentiality: We treat all reports confidentially to the extent possible. Retaliation against anyone raising a concern in good faith is not tolerated.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, reply to our decision email with “Appeal” in the subject line and additional information.
